Who am I?
My name is Nadia, and my journey in Yoga begins with the Journey.
From 2001 to 2010 I worked in the tourism sector abroad, an experience that allowed me to develop skills in the same field and in the management of travel groups, while increasing my passion for discovering different cultures.
This ten-year experience that provided me with a solid foundation in interpersonal relationships and in organizing itineraries has fueled my interest in holistic and spiritual practices.
In 2010 , the Journey took me to Thailand , where I embarked on a new path of personal growth by attending a Thai yoga massage and holistic treatments course at the Sunshine School in Chiang Mai , an important step towards my professional and personal evolution, which led me towards more holistic approaches to well-being.
2011 marks a turning point in my journey, the last of my trips to India , brings me closer to spirituality enriching my perception of reality in a significant way.
Back in Italy, in 2013 I started practicing Hatha Yoga as a student, finding in this discipline a balance between body and mind.
Driven by the desire to deepen my yoga practice and share my knowledge with others, in 2019 I decided to undertake a two-year training at the Ananda Ashram in Milan . In the same year of completing the training, I began teaching Yoga, combining the desire to communicate well-being and awareness and the desire to share them with others.
In 2022 , I continued my training at the same school with a two-year training in Ayurveda Operator . The further specialization allowed me to expand my skills in holistic healing treatments, integrating ancient Ayurvedic practices into the professional offering.
Today, my ten-year experience in wellness and holistic practices allows me to transmit the values of Yoga and practice Ayurveda. My commitment is aimed at supporting those who wish to find balance and harmony in everyday life, walking together on the journey to rediscover themselves, through themselves, towards themselves.
